We keep the groups small - 12 to 16 participants - so we can ensure a great time for all participants.

We welcome all adults between 20 and 45 years of age.

Yes - unless a retreat is specifically marked All Girls. We try to maintain a gender ratio of 50:50 for our mixed gender retreats to keep it inclusive and fun for all participants.

Yes, since this is a group retreat, you will meet many new people and possibly make new friends. We have special All Girls retreats for women and our mixed gender retreats also maintain a 50-50 gender ratio so the retreats are inclusive and fun for all participants.

Since this is a curated group trip, you cannot choose any other dates or duration.

No, the retreat is a package consisting of the stay, surf lessons, meals and curated activities as mentioned in the itinerary. It is a curated experience, and hence not possible to customise.

Some of our retreats have a single occupancy option available at an additional cost. This will be specified in the detailed itinerary.

Absolutely! Our retreats are designed for complete beginners. Most of our participants are first-time surfers - your instructors will guide you through every step.

We surf in shallow water - waist/knee deep, so swimming is not mandatory. But we strongly recommend being comfortable in the water. We have limited non-swimmer slots for every retreat, check with us for the availability.

There is no weight restriction for surfing. If you can comfortably manage your weight and have basic level of fitness, you can surf. Let us know if you’re unsure and we can help youexplore surfing ina safe and enjoyable way

Basic fitness is enough. If you can walk, jog lightly, and do light physical activity, you can surf. That being said, surfing is a physically demanding activity, so you will enjoy it more if you are fit.

You can surf on your period - your flow naturally slows down in water so you can surf even without any menstrual products. But many women prefer using tampons or menstrual cups while surfing.

We recommend switching to contact lenses while surfing. Glasses can fall off easily in waves. If your prescription is mild and you feel safe, instructors can guide you on what would work the best.

Since this is a curated group trip, and we want all participants to have a good time, we can only accommodate small groups of 3 or less. For larger groups, speak to us about curating a separate trip.

There is some down time in the itinerary after breakfast to chill and relax, so it is possible to work for a few hours but we wouldn’t recommend it. You might not be able to fully enjoy the experience.

Yes - surfing is safe when done with experienced instructors and in beginner-friendly conditions. If you have any existing medical conditions that might affect you, please check with your doctor before signing up. We only surf with certified surf schools, maintain small instructor-to-student ratios, and surf in safe, monitored zones.

We’ll send a packing list before the retreat, but essentials include: Swimwear, sunscreen, towel, comfortable clothing, personal medication, a reusable bottle, and an open mind!

Since spots are limited, all bookings are final and non-refundable. However, you can transfer your spot to a friend if you’re unable to make it - just inform us in advance.
